Transparent, Fee-Based Advice You Can Trust

Our Fees: Transparent. Fair. Aligned With Your Success.

At Abla Capital, we believe your financial advisor should always act in your best interest—without hidden agendas or commissions clouding their advice. That’s why we proudly operate as a fee-based fiduciary. We are legally and ethically bound to put your needs first, and our compensation model is designed to align with your long-term success.

Why Choose a Fee-Based Fiduciary Advisor?
Unlike commission-based advisors who may earn money from selling specific financial products, our fee-based structure ensures:

  • Objective Advice: Our only incentive is helping you grow and protect your wealth.
  • Aligned Interests: When your portfolio grows, so do our fees—motivating us to perform.
  • No Sales Pressure: You’ll never be steered toward products because they pay a commission.
  • Full Transparency: You’ll know exactly what you’re paying and why.

We don’t sell products. We provide strategy, clarity, and disciplined guidance. That’s the power of partnering with a fiduciary.

Our Tiered Fee Schedule
We utilize a transparent, asset-based advisory fee structure, billed quarterly in arrears. Fees are calculated based on the following breakpoints:

Portfolio Value                    Annual Fee
Up to $250,000                          1.50%
$250,000 – $500,000                 1.25%
$500,000 – $1,000,000              1.00%
$1,000,000 – $5,000,000           0.90%
$5,000,000 – $10,000,000         0.75%
Over $10,000,000                       0.50%

These are blended rates, meaning each portion of your portfolio is billed at the corresponding tier, similar to how tax brackets work. This ensures fairness and scalability as your assets grow.

Clarity. Integrity. Confidence.
At Abla Capital, you’ll never be surprised by fees, pressured into products, or left wondering whose side your advisor is on. With us, the relationship is built on trust, transparency, and shared goals.

Let’s plan a future that serves you and your family—not a sales quota.
