These terms apply to your use of ablacapital.com and to any text messages you receive from or send to Abla Capital. By using this website or agreeing to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.
Orders and transactions cannot be accepted by text
Abla Capital, its registered representatives and Cambridge Investment Research cannot accept, and will not act on, any instruction sent by text message to buy, sell or trade securities, transfer or withdraw funds, change an account, or authorize any other transaction. The same applies to instructions left by email or voicemail.
Instructions sent by text will not be executed, and Abla Capital is not responsible for any loss, missed opportunity or delay that results from sending one. To place an order or request a transaction, call (423) 850-1881 and speak directly with your financial professional.
Please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords or other sensitive personal information by text.
Text messaging program
Program. Abla Capital sends text messages to clients and prospective clients who have agreed to receive them. Messages may include appointment reminders and scheduling, replies to your questions, follow-up on requests you made, service notices, and occasional educational updates.
Consent. You agree to receive text messages by providing your mobile number and opting in, for example on a form, in writing or by replying to confirm. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of opening an account or receiving any service.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts after that. To rejoin, reply START or ask us directly.
Help. Reply HELP to any message, call (423) 850-1881 or email [email protected].
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of any message is not guaranteed.
Records. As required for regulated financial firms, text messages exchanged with Abla Capital are retained and may be reviewed by Cambridge Investment Research and by regulators.
Privacy. Your mobile number and messaging consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.
